I had the pleasure of having my painting Foci selected for the shortlist in the inaugural Ravenswood Women’s Art Prize.
“The gender disparity has prompted the independent all-girls school, Ravenswood, to establish the richest women’s art prize in Australia, with founders expressing the hope the prize will raise the profile of the country’s great female artists and assist the next generation to reach their potential. In this, its inaugural year, the prize received 789 total entries from 418 professional and 371 emerging artists.”
